유능한 리더십에 있어서 절체절명의 것이다.
리더는 자신의 생각과 아이디어가 다른 사람에게
긴박감과 함께 열정을 줄 수 있도록 해야 한다.
만일 리더가 메시지를 분명히 전달하여 동기를 주지 못한다면
메시지를 갖고 있다는 것은 아무런 소용없는 것이다.
(Developing excellent communication skills is
absolutely essential to effective leadership.
The leader must be able to share knowledge and ideas to
transmit a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to others.
If a leader can't get a message across clearly and
motivate others to act on it, then having a message doesn't even matter.
